Eduardo Bross Tatz
President/Founder
Architect Eduardo Bross Tatz founded Planigrupo in 1975. The Architect serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Planigrupo LATAM. He has participated in the creation of more than 60 shopping centers, in which more than two billion dollars where invested and created close to one hundred thousand permanent jobs. Arq. Bross has a distinguished academic career, since he was the founder of the Master's Degree in Urban Planning at the Universidad de Guadalajara and its first Director. In his career, he has participated in numerous cultural, university, government and housing constructions. He is Professor Honoris Causa of the Universidad de Guadalajara and Honorary President of the Los Amigos del Museo de Israel in Mexico.
Elliott Mark Bross Umann
Board Member
Elliott Mark Bross Umann is the General Director of Planigrupo LATAM and a member of its Board of Directors; he joined in 1998 as Director of Development. Elliott has participated in the development of more than 40 (forty) shopping centers. He has participated in the negotiation of more than 2,000 lease contracts and in the investment process of Kimco Realty Corporation for more than US $ 2,000 million in Mexico. In 2012, he successfully managed the issuance of Development Capital Certificates for an amount of MX$ 2,475 million Pesos for the development and acquisition of shopping centers, as well as the Initial Public Offering of Shares of Planigrupo LATAM in the Mexican Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Planigrupo, Elliott worked at the NM Rothschilds and Sons investment bank. Elliott has a BA in Political Science from Tufts University (Tufts University) and a Master's Degree in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU), where he graduated with honor.
Benjamin Asher Bross Umann
Board Member
He is a member of the Board of Directors and was responsible for developing commercial projects for Planigrupo. Benjamín has supervised design and construction projects that together exceed 1,000,000 m2. Before joining Planigrupo, Benjamín worked in San Francisco and New York in various projects of all types including real estate in prestigious firms. Benjamin has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley, a Master's Degree in Architecture from Harvard University, another Master's Degree in Urban Design also from California Berkeley University and a Doctor of History from the Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico. In addition, he has an architecture license granted by the State of California, United States of America and has taught courses at various universities in the US and Mexico.
Sebastián Agustín Villa

He is a Partner in Southern Cross Group where he is part of the Executive and Investment Committee of the firm and is a member of the Board of HotelDO, MMCinemas, Planigrupo LATAM, JAVER and Port of Barranquilla. Prior to joining Southern Cross Group, Mr. Villa worked at Three Cities Research, a private equity firm in New York. He also worked for Boston Consulting Group in their offices in Buenos Aires and Santiago; he also worked in the offices of Royal Dutch Shell in Buenos Aires. Mr. Villa is an Economist from the Universidad de San Andrés, in Buenos Aires, and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
Cesar Pérez Barnés
Board Member
He is a Partner and Director of the Southern Cross Group office in Mexico. Prior to joining SCG in 2007, Mr. Pérez Barnés was Director of Advent International in his office in Mexico City. Before that, he was the Director of Bozz Allen in the Energy area of the firm. Mr. Pérez Barnés began his career at McKinsey & Co working in the offices of Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Madrid. In 2002 he was the founder and first CEO of Endeavor Mexico, an international NGO that promotes entrepreneurship in emerging markets. Mr. Pérez Barnés holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from MIT. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Grupo Editorial Expansión, Planigrupo LATAM, JAVER and of Even Telecom, and recently he was of More Pharma Corporation. He is also a member of the advisory board of Endeavor Mexico, and a member of YPO Chapter in Mexico City.
Marcos Alfredo Mulcahy

He is a Partner of the Southern Cross Group, one of the leading private equity firms in Latin America, with more than US$ 3.3 billion of capital obtained. Marcos was an entrepreneur and has more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity investment. He is currently a member of the Board of four companies in the Southern Cross portfolio: Javer, Planigrupo, Even Telecom and Grupo Editorial Expansión. Prior to joining Southern Cross in 2008, Marcos was CEO of Ecnex International, a technology services company that led him to become the largest broadband service provider for the hospitality sector in Latin America. Prior to that, Marcos worked at BAM&A, an Argentine merger and acquisitions boutique; and Perez Companc, an Argentine energy company. Mr. Mulcahy has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina.
Diego Acevedo Rehbein

Diego Acevedo Rehbein is a Partner of the Southern Cross Group, one of the leading and oldest private equity firms in Latin America, with more than US $ 2.8 billion of capital obtained. He has more than 17 years of experience in senior management, consulting and private equity. Mr. Acevedo joined SCG in 2010 and he is a Board member of the Investment Committee. He directs the Southern Cross Group office in Colombia and is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of Planigrupo LATAM, Estrella, a Latin American exploration and production services company, and SPRB, a multipurpose port in Barranquilla, Colombia. Before joining Southern Cross Group in 2010, Mr. Acevedo led the Palmfund office in Colombia (now Linzor Capital), a Latin American private equity fund. Diego was responsible for four investments while at Palmfund, including Proseguros, an insurance company in the Dominican Republic and Colfondos, a pension administrator fund in Colombia. Prior to that, Mr. Acevedo spent six years at Booz & Co. in the offices of New York and Bogotá, where he participated in several strategic energy projects, telecommunications and the consumer goods sector. Mr. Acevedo graduated from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia as an Industrial Engineer and holds an MBA from Stanford University.
Epifanio Guillermo López Martínez

He is Vice President at Southern Cross Group. He is a member of the board of directors of Planigrupo LATAM and Grupo Editorial Expansión. Prior to joining Southern Cross, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Mexico and Latin America. He also worked in the area of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch and Royal Bank of Scotland; and in Strategic Planning at Coca-Cola Femsa. He obtained an MBA from the Graduate School of Stanford Business and has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Anáhuac.

Public Accountant graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He was a partner in Auditing and Business Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), from 1984 to June 2011. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Grupo El Nuevo Mundo, Grupo IPB and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Corporate Services JAVER , SAPI of C.V., Comercial Importadora, S.A. of C.V. (Quaker State), Credit Union for Public Accounting, S.A. of C.V.. Actively participates in professional accounting organization, is a member of the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos (IMCP) and Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México (CCPM); member and Chairman of the Independent Auditing Commission to the Federal Public Sector of the IMCP from 2008 to 2011 and; Member and Chairman of the Accounting and Government Audit Committee from 2002 to 2005.
Luis Héctor Rodríguez-Navarro Oliver

He is currently CFO for Mattel Latin America, the leading company in design and distribution of toys in the world and member of several Boards of Directors in private companies, and now of Planigrupo LATAM. He previously held positions of responsibility in the financial and business area, for more than twenty years, in public companies, including Time Warner, Allied Domecq, ACS, Lehman Brothers and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Rodriguez-Navarro holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, a Diploma in Economics from UNED and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.
Salomón Joseph Woldenberg Rusell

He is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Tubacero SA de CV, a company where he has been working for 25 years. Before joining Tubacero, he was Vice President of General Steel. Mr. Woldenberg graduated from the Escuela de Negocios of ITESM, where he obtained his degree in Business Administration and was part of the first generation of the Entrepreneur Program. He is a member of the board of directors of: Tubacero, GRUMA, SILICA Desarrollos, DIVANZ Capital, Oven Steel Museum 3, W INTL GROUP, and now Planigrupo LATAM, as well as a member of the Banamex Advisory Board, of the Executive Committee of CANACERO, YPO , NASPD and IPLOCA besides having been a CAINTRA advisor.
